Meet Natasa Trpceski, Macomb/St. Clair Michigan Works! 2025 Impact Award winner!
For more than 20 years, Natasa Trpceski has been a driving force behind workforce innovation at Quality Care Rehabilitation & Autism Center. With the support of Macomb/St. Clair Michigan Works!, she helped launch Macomb County’s first Behavioral Health Technician apprenticeship—and has since developed four apprenticeship programs that have upskilled 26 healthcare professionals. By investing in people and partnerships, Natasa is helping build a stronger healthcare workforce and empowering others to grow while they earn.
