Webster Township, Mich. (April 24, 2025) — Sen. Sue Shink (D-Northfield Twp.) welcomed residents of Michigan’s 14th Senate District to a community coffee hour Wednesday evening at Webster Twp. Hall in Dexter. The event offered residents the opportunity to connect directly with their state senator and discuss issues affecting their communities.
“I’m grateful to everyone who came out to share their ideas, questions, and concerns,” said Sen. Shink. “Hearing directly from constituents helps guide my work in the Senate, and I remain committed to building a stronger future for every community in District 14.”
During the hour-long conversation, Sen. Shink shared updates on her legislative work in Lansing, highlighting efforts to lower the cost of prescription drugs, protect Michigan farmers, and safeguard our state’s natural areas and waterways.
Sen. Shink regularly hosts coffee hours and town halls across the district to stay connected with residents and ensure their voices are heard in state government.
